Description
Our cooking class takes place in a dream setting in our ancient Tuscan peasant village, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with San Gimignano in the background.
The cooking class involves the creation of a delicious bruschetta, two types of fresh pasta with two different sauces, all accompanied by Chianti and Vernaccia wines coming directly from our farm. And finally, treat yourself to the sweet satisfaction of preparing your own creamy gelato.
As the class draws to a close, we embrace the warmth of Tuscan hospitality as we gather around the table, following the timeless Tuscan peasant tradition of dining together as one family.

What a wonderful cooking experience with our host and chef, Dario. Dario is knowledgeable and fun.
Our first course was a sausage and cheese crostone which was out of this world. Then we made two amazing pastas from scratch and learned a simple tomato basil sauce for the gnocchi and Cacio e Pepe for the long noodles. The banana gelato was the topping on the cake. So fresh and delicious!!
All recipes were shared after class and I can’t wait to try some of them at home.
After touring and shopping all over the region we felt this was one of our most favorite days in Tuscany. Definitely a must!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Dario was an excellent instructor— very knowledgeable and fun. We made two kinds of pastas, two sauces, bruschetta, and gelato. It was honestly one of the best meals I have had in Italy, and I have had some great meals. The gelato rivaled all the gelato we tasted, and the wine—both white and red—was fantastic.
The setting was beautiful, too!
