Led by a chef with over two decades of experience in prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens — including the iconic Arnolfo in Colle Val d’Elsa — this experience is designed for true food lovers.
During the class, you’ll master the techniques of handmade pasta, crafting three classic types: tagliatelle, stuffed ravioli, and potato gnocchi. Each dish is paired with traditional Tuscan sauces made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. You’ll also enjoy a delicious bruschetta to start and our signature fried ravioli — a local favorite.
Every plate is perfectly matched with exceptional local wines selected by Silvia, our expert in wine and hospitality.
Set against the scenic backdrop of San Gimignano’s countryside, our restaurant is a must for anyone passionate about authentic Italian food. Join us to discover, cook, and taste the best of Tuscany — and take home skills and memories that will last a lifetime.

Wow! If you’re reading this just stop what you’re doing and head to Docs! What an amazing experience, the only thing more fabulous than the food was the hospitality of the owners. Sasha and Silvia were amazing and treated us like family! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a cooking class or a great place to stop for lunch! Very short walk into the city but so much more relaxing atmosphere than the hustle and bustle up in the city.

We had so much fun with the pasta making class! Silvia and Sascha were wonderful teachers and hosts and went out of their way to accommodate two of us who were celiac so we could participate in the learning….and eating!
Sascha is so talented in the kitchen and it was such a great learning experience for all of us. He was very hands on with his help as we tried to make the different pastas and gnocchi, and graciously let us come into the kitchen to watch him make the sauces. He even put a couple of us to work with prepping some of the ingredients! 🙂
Silvia was so gracious and was there to help as we worked on our pastas. She also had great recommendations for wine and other beverages. She definitely kept the group together and helped create a fun and entertaining experience.
Our group of 11 felt like this was definitely one of the highlights of our 2 week trip to Italy. Both from the ability to learn how to make different pastas, but also the fun time we had with the class. I can’t recommend this highly enough!
